The announcement I read said it was just a reboot. Which they should've done, on Friday. My hopes, for this game succeeding, are dwindling every day as they show their incompetence. -

I've canceled mine as well.. there are too many continual issues for me right now. I'll be watching the patch notes and reading Reddit etc to see how their patches are working out, and I'll resub o… -

Yeah, just reply to that email and say you tried it all and it didn't work, and they'll move you into the higher level -

I didn't mind so much the little things in the game that weren't working here or there. They were annoying or irritating in one way or another, but they didn't prevent me from enjoying the many other… -

Absolutely, like I meant earlier the other problems I could handle but not letting me login is a major disappointment. Truely feel let down and I am paying for a game I can not play o.o
