I did daily quest in Cyro, Bruma yesterday. It took me exactly 6 loading screens to get from Bruma to standing stone nearby. Wonderful experience. -

Just submitted an ingame big report for this. Even in Cyrodill I have never experienced it that bad. Every few seconds there is a loading screen. Even when standing still and talking to a quest giver. -

This one had a couple of unexpected load screens - quick flashy ones like you say - in Craglorn the other day. -

The loading screens are actually a lot better now, but we have other major issues. When we fire skills they don’t go off. We look dumb standing there doing nothing because our skills don’t work.
