Also in the way stealth detect, and stealth reduction radius is worded I think a lot of bosmer players will still think they have the same passive as before. I am going to bet they will fill out bug r -

It's all because of the Stealth + Stealth Damage lost. I use Spriggans, I DO NOT NEED penetration. -

I agree, the change is by no means game breaking. It is annoying, and in all truth it is not annoying enough … yet ... for me to consider redoing my character. I just really want my stealth perk back. -

No, in the Lore, Bosmer always got a stronger stealth bonus than Khajiit. Khajiit had a stronger acrobatics bonus.... ESO gets them backwards. -

Nothing in PVE stealths, so no, and when in PVE doing stealth gameplay we're attempting to avoid being spotted, not spot others, so not the same thing at all. -
