It says that the morph will add 50 spell and weapon power to the next attack....but it won't add this bonus to the attacks Solar Flare, Dark Flare, or Solar Barrage. -

If a sorc and Templar are hard casting Dark Flare/Frags at each other, the Templar will win plain and simple. Doesn't matter that frags is 0.1 faster or has a knock down. Dark Flare will still go off -
