So the issue is the Widowmaker set proc is proc'ing Viper. Which means your guaranteed to get a double proc of big damage by spamming light/heavy attacks or weapon skill-line abilities with a bow and -

Actually tremorscale is broken since you can't taunt players it shouldn't do any damage to a player.So yes they should fix tremorscale. -

I don't get why PvEers are upset. Proc sets are just as broken on both sides. The only difference is there's no npcs on the forums crying that their recap is all procs. -

No cmon . I hate that set to but because it was broken when ZOS made it , not because I thought some player was responsible . It is supposed to be fixed next patch .
