This is actually a good thing. The main problem with a global auction house is that it blocks this from happening. -

The fact is that as of now, with 477 votes, only 1/3 have an interest in some sort of auction house. A supermajority has loudly spoken that they want to keep the guild trader system. -
Guild stores have failed, auction house please. All it's done is flood chat with sell spammers.
I get why they were put into the game, and how they were supposed to encourage guilds, but it didn't work. Now ESO has become item auction online. -
No, to Auction House. Yes, to Stock Exchange? Maybe.
The players would like to see an easier tool to sell their stuff. Most think about some Auction House. -
