Seems true fullscreen has been introduced with the latest patch... and my fps has gone up greatly. Now mostly over 60fps unless in town. -

Cannot say why you are having problems @gilgalahad. But, before patch, the game was playing in windowed fullscreen but is now in 'true' fullscreen with some optimization. -

Have you read the Nvidia post? Please look at the CPU usage first before talking about CPU bound games.
