Tried on Windows 8.1, instantly get ESO has stopped working. It says the fault module name is KERNELBASE.dll. -

After searching for dev patch and so on, I got tiered. You really have to spend a lot of time looking. But all I found is that it's on PTR and when it comes live is there's no news on. -

The fps dropped to 35-42 in cities for me all last days, 75 in the wild. Something went wrong again... -

I was able to pull up full screen alright, just not log in. This basically disables my mouse cursor. Very weird! -
