Are you following every dizzy swing with a medium attack? CC immunity is broken so using a medium on every dizzy is a stun. Just dizzy and charge your medium while dizzy is casting, let go right aft -

I bet you crashed before that fight and relogged being dead, which caused your set to not activate. As soon as you put one piece on/off it will reacitvate. -

It's ZoS fault, if player don't want competition - he will use broken mechanics and it won't stop until ZoS will start to do their job right. -
