Harvesting bots/hackers have been going on since 5 hours into the game on headstart. In fact I still see some familiar names of some bot scripts to this day still level 3 auto harvesting away. -

No, they aren't. Zenimax does not make any money from bots. The accounts used to bot are purchased with stolen credit cards. Not only do they not make any money from it, they LOSE money from it. -
