hmmm lets see, bug locks up skill bars, but the macro user's can use multi skills and have them all hit in 1 second. -

They fix a few skill bar lock troubles a while back, the only one I get still is the Sprint locked one, just tap the Sprint key. -

Adding more action bars would just be more for keeping the screen clean, imagine one more to the side of the one that already exists. -

But yes, neither takes more skill. NoCP is however much less forgiving and you gas out much more quickly.
