So far you are right, stacking WD is benefical, stacking max magicka is even more benefical, and stacking max HP is mostly pointless outside of troll builds. -

Of course, they would also have to also think about adding -more- places to duel undisturbed by wandering mobs... there are quite a few quest arenas they could open for duelling spots after quest comp -
