I typically go with mage mundus for trials, it performs slightly better than apprentice on a magicka race, with inner light, and good warhorn uptime. -

Not true at all. If a Warden casts Expansive Ice Cloak, the icy armor visual effect will apply to their allies. There are a lot less Wardens than your hyperbole can make up. -

I understand you perfectly. I cannot do dw stamblade much against any warden but a welltimed spectral bow focus aim (ambush-- fear --incap) almost always wins me the fight. -
