on some of your armor if ya want. Yes you your blocking will cost more but at the same time most people don't block a lot in PvP anymore. I'd rather have more points to put in the passive mitigation -

It seems that you still don't see the problem that perma blocking causes, especially in PvP. Let me enlighten you. -

Yeah, I " planned " on just adding enough block cost reduction until my stam. sustain while blocking is where I wanted it, I mean where I can manage it with pots, hitting EH abilities to regain, etc. -
