Spears, polearms and bare hand combat, perhaps with spells, a monk style class. -

least choose fire staff, shock staff, ice staff and healing staff... while anyone who wants to play as -ranged- stamina character only gets "pick up your bow, soldier!" -

It was a tough choice, OP, but I think I'd love to see a full-glory Winterhold, Jungled-Cyrodiil or Pyandonea, more than the rest. -

Sure, some people might enjoy having a new class to play... the ones who just started their ESO esperience, only began to play through the stories, and want more goodies. -

Spears & polearms (combat staff) hybrid weapon skill line or at least 1h & spell for melee magicka builds. -

A single one-handed weapon skill line would be really nice, as would be spears/polearms and weapon + rune/spell.
