Yes, this should be changed/fixed. As the list does not clarify this and we shouldn't have to comb through dev discussions for the facts when they post/send out 'advertisements'. It specifically say -

If you have decent DPS and self heals, I would say yes, very possible. Never solo’d it myself but considering the calkwalk it was this evening, I don’t see why not. -
