Yes. Every key means a completed pledge. Why should the work and in some cases hundreds of runs not count? People made it through them and saved the keys, why not reward it? -

Makes it very difficult to motivate people to do anything outside of a gold key pledge. And even then the drop rate from a gold key needs to be heavily improved. -

Unless you're doing the vet ic dungeons which give 2 gold keys. If you don't do the optional on them you get 1 gold key
