A NB Cloaking (Not be be confused w/ Hidden) is what makes it a NB. For the most part, Its Cloak has been the same for years & years. Using most skills pull you out of stealth, Healing, buffs, etc. -

yeah NB should get zero more nerfs until it gets buffs. it's been nerfed enough. -

There are a lot of way to buff the class and rebalance cloak and counter,but if you think that cloak is the reason the class can't be buffed youre delusional. -
