Some of us can't play every day, and we might not be able to complete the achievements due to this bug. We were told that we'd get a hotfix, but that hasn't happened. -

to free to play, but the thing is that is simply not true. The business model for free to play with an online game store is more lucrative than having a business model that relies on subscriptions. T -

Based on Gina's description in this thread, (EDIT: linked in a post 30 minutes before yours!) it sounds the hotfix either didn't work, caused other issues, affected more than they expected originally -
