Nope. Not gonna happen. Zos is not interested in prioritizing what would need to change to make capes that are not stuck to our butts not cause performance issues. They have stated that. -

Just take a look at any of the outfits with a coat of some sort on it for proof that capes would not be a good idea. -

I hope no capes come, because then there would also come loads of cool looking costumes/outfits that would be nice to use if only they would not have a horrible looking cape attached to it. -

Ich hoffe auch das sie Umhänge und Capes mit Kaputzen etc einführen für nen waldläufer ein must ahve in meinen Augen <img class="emoji" src="https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/resources/emoji/smile.png" title=":)" alt=":)" height="20" /> und man könnte schöne Gilden wappen auf die Umhänge zb drauf machen -
