As for detection, seems, that repeteance bugged and shows green rays on live ppl, if their corpces was used by our templars. I really dunno, why it's happen. -

RE: 'Talk to someone in charge' Velyn harbor quest. It's bugged.
It took almost a month for a patch for To Dawnbreak (same issue there), but they finally rolled one out for it. The people who dropped the quest weren't able to pick it up again, so I'm keeping mine… -

Dawnbreaker EU had 2 DC bars today but it was only time iv seen it since patch(usually it had locked icon). -

I know a guy on my alliance that had the same glitch happen to his character. I asked him how the hell he was moving so fast and he said it's the blessings of madeira bug?? -
