I was getting the same thing, even after I installed my new toys.... It was like it was stuck on 60. Try adjusting your setting suggested earlier in this thread, if you are still stuck on 60, try low -

I also see the in town - or at least in busy areas - FPS drop. However I do not know that it is always due to the CPU being overloaded. -

Sadly that doesnt make a difference, apart from a bit lower fps even due to the game not using many cores at all, you want to h ave a high base clock to get the max out of it. I saw a dude with a 7700 -

I run World of warcraft on ultra settings and get 30-40 FPS. -
Very low FPS
In the game I get a measly 35-50 fps. I tried playing in Cyrodiil but I got a terrible 15-20 fps as soon as I ran into 20 players fighting in one spot, wasn't even a very large battle. -
Is any one else getting really low fps in combat in IC?
Myself and at least 2/3rds of my group where getting terrible fps in IC even at 4 am dropping to 2 fps at times I never had this issue before on pts or in cyro on live. -
low fps
I have a gtx980sc, and amdfx 8350 overclocked to 4.5. Outdoor i get 40 - 50 fps. In towns i get 30 - 45 fps. Is this normal? My gpu temp is also at 45c while playing eso, but while playing wow it rise -
Low FPS, High ping - is it my sys or the game?
I have been having a whole lot of FPS/Ping issues since the DLC patch, and even more so since the recent mini patches. Today in Maw, I was getting between 7 and 12 FPS, with ping averaging around 450+
