In the game I get a measly 35-50 fps. I tried playing in Cyrodiil but I got a terrible 15-20 fps as soon as I ran into 20 players fighting in one spot, wasn't even a very large battle.
Myself and at least 2/3rds of my group where getting terrible fps in IC even at 4 am dropping to 2 fps at times I never had this issue before on pts or in cyro on live.
I have a gtx980sc, and amdfx 8350 overclocked to 4.5. Outdoor i get 40 - 50 fps. In towns i get 30 - 45 fps. Is this normal? My gpu temp is also at 45c while playing eso, but while playing wow it rise
