You can change appearance and sex, settings stays the same as far as I can see. -

Don't get the races too similar togheter, it's not game balancing. It's taking away the flavor on playing something different then someone else. -

stop being greedy and buffing/nerfing races. it's so obvious the reason it is happening can't say i'm surprised ZOS is doing this though. what are your thoughts? -

Literally NO ONE is required to pay real money for race tokens or Any Race Any Alliance. With crown gifting you can buy them with in-game gold. -

Well I wish I could have sold or traded my tokens. Used all three to tweak appearances but didn't change any toons race.
