As far as I know sets only buffs "ABILITIES". Another set's buff/property is NOT AN ABILITY. Therefore, no it should not. -

I mean the obvious dumb build is Blooddrinker + DS + Slimecraw on a stamsorc if you ask me. -

If you was to equip maelstrom dw for the additional 2k damage on single target dots,does this set buff that additional value or just the base damage? -

@Alcast you think a Nirn 2H maul is better than Infused 2H axe? would 20% extra pen better than great axe's (resist-bypassing) bleeding?
