Yes, it is a bug and yes it has to be fixed. Especially because all Stamina players have to go back to reg builds with the cp cap coming up. -

So how do Zos justify the fact that anybody in the European ps4 servers cannot participate in a 30 day CP enabled campaign. That doesn't sound like "play the way you want" to me. -
