You can change it yourself by setting RequestedNumWorkerThreads = 1 in your UserSettings.txt file. That will prevent any multicore hand-offs and stop the 1s hitching. -

After my game froze completely for the 3rd time in Vivec on ps4 NA, I just turned off the game. Its literally unplayable at this point. I thought these fps fixes were going to help, seems like it bro… -
