Customer support does not seem to know what they are doing, they're responding incorrectly and don't even know the requirement to receive the reward. Go figure. -

Full body disguises are a nice gimmick, but they don't replace a proper customization system. And the crafting style selection we have is a really really poor substitute for a number of reasons.
