Weapon swap is causing this. Not consistently, mind you, but whenever I encounter this problem it is immediately after trying to weapon swap. -

No I was emailed by ZoS a few days ago after reporting having the same issue of late. They replied it is working as intended and that they did not design this game for large scale PvP. As a counter m… -

No problem man. Open a support ticket if u want you have to spam them with messages 6 times before anyone answers but it can be one word emails to them. -

Because zenimax pushed an update that caused massive stability issues that were ALL reported but never acknowledged. -
