also how will we get the new armor pieces? Will they just start drop in cyrodiil when wrathstone rolls out?

It is a medium armor set ... so logic would place it in Bruma with the other medium armor sets (not Vlastarus where it currently is on PTS).

I tried this on a Bow/Bow DK, it was okay but nothing special. I was about 500 dps below my avg parses. I think the DW bleed helps take this set over the top.
