And I'm pretty sure the point of your rant is to revert the Rapids nerf? I can't quite tell, but yes, that would fix the problem with Bombard too. We just have very little faith in ZOS to revert poor -

Whether I play solo, duo or in small/mid sized groups, I am always in the thick of fights and Bombard isn't an issue at all with a counter slotted. -
