They took away all other sources of gaining ultimate outside of combat for a reason.. so I'm guessing this is here to stay -

Sure I have dawnbreaker slotted, but that means I also have to slot it. I have to give something else up to use it. I have to BALANCE my gain with the loss of a better ulti. -
