     The only question I have about this (and I'm sure it's answered somewhere and I just overlooked it) - are reconned items bound? I'd assume so... otherwise I could recon 15 staves and flood the market…

     Hmmm, now here is a question, the quality has to be the same or greater, but what about the level. Mind you, most of my characters are maxed but worm on a level 3 would be a game changer.
