You can, of course. But you may have some latency (lag) issues due to distance between England and United States. Not a big issue, and you should be able to play without any problems. -

Your lag only seems to appear when you are in combat. One reason is the massive amount of information your addons have to get across to you. -

Sadly with a guild with users from all over europe experiencing lag at the same time, this has nothing to do with ISP and everything to do with ZOS Servers.
