It’s all buffs in general. NB has less than other classes, and the buffs they do get are in crappy abilities you don’t use. -

Good players burst around their CC's and don't CC around their burst so I consider it as a buff (in no CP at least). -

Strife cost increase shifts balance to far towards force pulse as a Nightblade's damage spammable. Strife either needs a buff to balance it, or the cost needs to be reduced, as it is now I don't think
