what cats? anyway I think hide helmet is a specific option because it's a usual want to show off a character's face ie. a main point of customization. but yeah I think costumes should allow for hiding -

As for now if you wanna "show legs" in custom outfit (not costume), only way is to avoid using leg piece of armor, this is big hit to dps of course, but you still can complete almost all vet content w -
