Yeah issues with Jabs and cc-immunity has been going on for awhile. However the ability itself isn't so powerful that said issues make it OP, imo. -

Mobs now get CC immunity after being hit by hard CC(any kind), same as players. -

CC (unable to do anything except breakout, this include knock backs) will trigger CC immunity but it does not include root or disorientation. You can root or disorient someone for ever (PC or NPC) -

I left for 10 months after the B2P transition, and I always just assumed they removed CC immunity during that 10 months. I literally thought this was a (terrible, terrible) choice they made. -
