When maxed, it allows you to use a couple of potions that provide benefits like Major Ward/Resolve. Unfortunately, I believe it it has been bugged since beta so that it only works with some character… -

Back when it reduced the potency (and not the duration) of negative effects on potions you used (by 25, 50, 75 and 100% if I recall correctly), it actually had some uses as you could use ravage healt… -

Utterly useless passive. Should be changed to something that provides poison effects resistance (not only the health draining one). -
