     Fixed an issue where the Infused weapon trait and the Torug’s Pact set bonus were stacking additively instead of multiplicatively.

     Yeah oblivion needs to change, torugs however got fixed. It was only too strong because of a bug with infused weapons. However it may also be too strong in PvP.

     Im calling it right now, if this is not fixed this next update. Either Zos doesnt want to put the resources into fixing this. Or Zos knows people will complain about this and doesnt want to nerf torug
