You have to bring it before a US Customs agent and recite the Pledge of Allegiance so they'll stamp it official . They will then replace it with a Green Game Card which is legal tender . -

I've always used Paysafe - simply because I refuse to give my credit card/bank info to any games company. -

Subscription gives you 30, 90 or 180 days pre-payment changes giving multiple options to pay inluding PayPal which one I do also prefer over straight credit card payment to keep safety top priority. -
