     Absolutely Boo Hiss. I'm guessing this won't just apply to goblins but will include skeletons etc. That will peeve a whole lot of people off. I would recommend ZOS rethink this pinhead idea.

     Can't help but wonder if this somehow is tied to the riding animation bug, a.k.a the horse surfer bug. Meaning they cant fix the bug so they just remove the entire costume instead?

     Does this mean all the costumes that were really needed for quest but not actual rewards will go away also? I mean I really like some of those...
