     Nerf CP points, Nerf Hakeijo runes because I want them in all parts, but they cost 50k and i can't afford them. it is unfair.

     1 fear your target then run and cloak, to get distance from the AOE. As soon as you cloak run back towards and past them. 85% of the pvpers in this game keep running in the direction last seen.

     It is issues since IC, cause the detection potions got nerfed and on the other hand cloak was fixed/buffed. ANother thing is that the damage is reduced and even if find the NB once you cannot kill him

     Cloak is strong only as a mag nb and only in open space because when in narrow (like IC sewers) you get rekt by AoE/pots. Mag nb has no other way to escape with the dodge roll nerf. And overall mag nb
