We keep having to wait between bosses in Crypt of Hearts. Even with random groups I just mention we have X time until the plunder timer is up and everyone is fine with waiting -

mark if you think the battle will take 1 minute. Note, most of your dolmen zergs take down a dolmen in less than one minute. -
RE: Didn't get my public dungeon dremora plunder skull today when should have.
So apparently ZOS removed the 3 minute timer on regular skulls this year, naturally without telling anyone. -

you can get one of each type of dremora skull per acct each day. each is on its own 20hr CD. i do believe the purple skulls are unlimited, but may have a small cd of their own. like 5mins. -
