However much harder for an large cape. and imagine the lag in cyrodil then you pc has to do cloth physic on all the capes in an huge fight. -

Actually there are addons for capes/cloaks in Skyrim and Oblivion (well, I think Oblivion - there was when I played it last which admittedly has been a while). No, they aren't in the base game. And -
