     It isn't a nerf to a skill so much as it is a buff to combat as a whole. People are just going to have to change their thinking about Puncturing Sweeps and Biting Jabs.

     I want to say that people are just scared of changing, but so many people brought up so many good concerns, and it is almost as if I was incorrect in my evaluation of Puncturing Sweep and Biting Jabs.
