RE: Do you want to see cloaks and capes in game?
either they would be glued to your back and stiff or the lag would be terrible as people ran around and the capes moved with phisics, so nope, dont want to see them. Its the same reason hair is stiff, -

Remember all of those people complaining about lag in Cyrodiil? That's without capes, now imagine the same situation with the additional computation required because of "capes". -
