I doubt they do anything as ot was their mistake and they haven't acted on Xbox users receiving tens of thousands of crowns for free. Getting few motifs compared to that? Doubt it. -

Not quite, last year's undaunted event was released on the planned day, it was pulled after a few hours as group finder was having issues. -

PSA: Kvatch Arena does not count for the Arena Plunder Skull
I've spent a lot of time in guild explaining that Kvatch is not a real arena. If you want an Arena Dremora Skull you'll need to complete Maelstrom Arena (solo), Dragon Star Arena or Black Rose Prison -

And then afterwards, I tried, unsuccessfully, to loot a World Boss skull, which I looted 13h ago. So the reset of the Delve skull did not affect the reset of the World Boss skull. -

Public dungeon bosses respawn fairly quickly in most cases. Camping a boss is actually a very poor way to acquire skulls. Find a small public dungeon like Deshaan and just loop around killing bosses -

Really hope its 20h from first drop, I could imagine somebody going postal if they did a DSA or MA for the skull only to have the boss die at 19 hours 59 minutes since they last did it. Impossible to… -
