Capes/Cloaks?
What do you guys think about capes and cloaks for your character to wear? I think that it would make my character look a lot more sneaky and mysterious. The option would probably have to be toggleable -

After so many years still no cloaks/capes.Bethesda do some magic here man.
Im a returning player after years and yes the game has been improved a tons and is fun to play but it is sad that there are still no capes/cloaks in this game. -

Clearly not but we do have capes in ESO. One of the "hero" costumes from the original animations for the game has a cape that just hangs there.
