Console text chat is still being worked on so it won't be ready for Dark Brotherhood, but will be in a future update. -

Hopefully soon. No text chat in an mmo is crazy to me. Just being able to ask for help in a zone or ask a question would make the game so much more enjoyable to me. -

Console text chat, finally! I will still use voice for dungeons but this will make world bosses, trading, and guild/group finding so much easier. -
