It would be terrible. You wouldn't benefit from any perks except the 5th piece one. Don't do that to yourself. There are so many great steam sets, why would you even consider this? -

A case could potentially be made for mixing it with Pelinal's Aptitude but I'd still see it being better for a Magicka user, and mostly in PVP. -

Merciless resolve gives you minor berserk while active even before you proc Assassin's Will. Definitely keep this going at all times.
