The Psijic order skill line has 1 or two things for each role. But some of these things are pretty optional and possibly not worth the grab e.g. powered up light attacks might not be worth certain DD -

Controller limitations shouldn't be considered, there are so many unused button combos left that an extra two skills (or 20) won't make a difference. Console players are used to pressing LT/RT/RB/LB+s -

no, you can thank ZOS development for that, I have 16 skills slotted through the controller on Tera. -

adding more skills to the bar would be nice & nostalgic - it take me back to the days of street fighter on the mega drive and all the combos i had to remember to whoop my brothers arse! -
